✔ Not using any target anymore for XHTML, except XHTML Frames DTD,
unless the user has specifically added it in RTE Link Wizard
✔ cObj Divider now respects difference HTML/XHTML (<hr> / <hr />)
✔ cellspacing and cellpadding attributes are done with CSS in HTML5 for
cObj Table
✔ border attribute adapted to change in HTML5 for cObj Table
✔ border for cObj Table is now done with CSS for HTML5
