[TYPO3-4-3] Get rid of source+dummy, source and dummy package

Hi again,

Once (2005?) there was a typo3 site installer. You could create the 
dummy package files/links with the script, e.g.
typo3-site-installer -d=/var/www/myfirsttypo3

It was available on a sunsite.dk server and on sourceforge. I found one 
copy in the ubuntu rep: 
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/t/typo3-site-installer/typo3-site-installer_0.90.tar.gz

A port for PHP was also started, but it seems it was removed from 
sourceforge.

Maybe this helps building some better installer.
