+1 for options fields on top.

bottom = 4 steps:
1) scroll down
2) enter title, choose style etc.
3) scroll up
4) click page

top = 3 steps
1) enter title, choose style etc.
2) scroll down
3) click page

top means one step less and better usability, because it's straight
top->down.
