[TYPO3-project-4-3] Remove alt_main for 4.3?

Hi all,

it looks like the old BE interface alt_main.php is broken
(<http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10445>) in the trunk and at least
the 4.2 branch.

It looks like not many people currently still use the old BE, and bugs
in it don't quickly get noticed.

So I propose to drop the alt_main and all then-unused files for 4.3 so
we don't ship practically unmaintained code.

What do you think?
