Now that is also a very nice concept that is getting "more and more"
popular. Even OTRS in latest version added a "dashboard"... With extjs
in place that could look very "sexy" and personalized for every user.

That would be stuff for 4.4, and maybe some ideas for discussion in the
UX/IX gathering that will happen in november.
