Changing the reports module to get only a short summary of the real 
errors from the report providers is quite a lot of effort for saving 
just one click.

I think we should do the more radical step and replace the current 
"Important Notice" by a message which links to the reports module.

This is cleaner for the users, "about modules" becomes a bit less 
crowded and finally the module will make what its name says: it displays 
information about the installed modules.
