[TYPO3-project-4-3] sysexts versions & status

Hi,

IMO we should raise the status of following exts to stable:

context_help, impexp, tsconfig_help, version, reports, fluid, feedit,
felogin, extbase, openid,rsaauth

or at least the one of those who are not new with 4.3

Also the version should be raised to 1.0.0. from:

extra_page_cm_options, impexp, lang, about, aboutmodules, cshmanual,
install, belog, beuser, opendocs, taskcenter, setup, func_wizards,
wizard_crpages, wizard_sortpages,  	info_pagetsconfig, tstemplate,
tstemplate_ceditor, tstemplate_info, 	tstemplate_objbrowser,
tstemplate_analyzer, viewpage, feedit

also the sysext t3skin should be 4.3.0
