[TYPO3-project-4-3] Styling issues of the be login with chrome

Hi,

when I open up the be login (trunk) with chrome 3 (vista) it looks like in the screen shot. When I 
open it the second time (*no matter* if I cleared the cache or not) everything is ok.
When I shut down Chrome and re-open it again, the issue occurs again. It is perfectly reproducable 
from my side.
It smells like a problem of Chrome.

Anyone else can reproduce this? Do you think there's anything we could do about it?
