[TYPO3-project-4-3] CSS and JS files get included in the wrong order if using the page-renderer

Hi Susanne,

i can't second this. I checked this and it works as it should, reset.css 
is before the one added by plugin.

Anyway i added a hook in render, see core list #12611 which don't leave 
any wishes open.
It's on you to vote for it ;)
