[TYPO3-project-4-3] XML parsing in EM

Hi,

after discussing with Marcus we think a soap call would be the best.
In the call EM can tell what he is looking for. Think about that:

* no download of complete extensionlist needed
* send last update date to get only newer infos
* search for extensions with soap (only match with searchword)
* get update list for extensions.

The soap call could also be enhanced with:
* send TYPO3 version, only extensions for this version (or newer) are given
* send extlist, only compatible extensions are given
* send wanted status (eg only stable)

At the end you never again must update extension list (as you need this 
atm nearly every day)
