[TYPO3-project-4-3] ExtJS Date-picker for TCEFORMS

Hi,

for anyone who will test here is a patch that use extjs datepicker for 
date and datetime-fields in tceforms (trunk).

There is one open question: the dateformat. Where is it set and where to 
find in JS of TBE_EDITOR? i had no luck, so date format is set to german 
here.
