[TYPO3-project-4-3] ExtJS modal relogin window does not work as it should

Hi,

we all know this problem, and we have to get it work.
There are also circumstances where it can't work, eg using openId, so we 
need a switch to disable.

I tried to find out what's going wrong together with Christoph, but had 
no progress. If anyone wants to figure out, he's welcome to do :)
