[TYPO3-project-4-3] FEedit and skinning

Hi,

while investigation i saw that $GLOBALS['TBE_STYLES'] is always NULL in 
context of feedit. So no skinning is applied for TCEFORMS, icons etc.

Does anyone investigated this already?
