My brain was not functioning properly and I forgot to mention something 
important: in the core of TYPO3 there's an system extension called 
tsconfig_help which can read SXW manuals and extract TS references from 
there. The references are then stored in the static_tsconfig_help table 
as a serialised PHP array.

So you already have, inside TYPO3, a source of complete references, 
including extensions (if reference tables have been properly marked in 
the extension's manual).

I hope this can be useful to you and I'm sorry for not mentioning it 
earlier, but I'm having a very stressful amount of work in the office 
these days.
