[TYPO3-project-4-3] Datepicker for TCEFORMS

I also notice some inconsistent in term of icon placement. Sometimes it is aligned on the right, 
some time on the left of the field. I would prefer to have always the same logic. Please have a look 
at the 4 screenshots.

In my opinion, I would prefer to have icon on the left. But I fear it is not possible for the 
palette's case.

Ps. I am working with the latest trunk version and applied patch v2.
