[TYPO3-project-4-3] Datepicker for TCEFORMS

Hi,

i started to use the ExtJS Datepicker for Datefields. Precondition is 
#11627 v2 which is included in this diff.

Here is a patch which converts the Date fields (with and without 
checkbox). I changed the datepicker image of t3skin (sprite) and added a 
smaller picker which fits to the field layout. Copy the attached image 
to typo3/sysext/extjs/images/form
