[TYPO3-performance] typo3temp mounted as tmpfs

Hi,

nice idea, but the problem is a reboot. All files gone -> Regenerate everything 
and maybe old links in cached files get a 404 e.g. no CSS... Optimize MySQL and 
run cachebackend on memcache and compile apc on ram. -> More speed as tmp files 
on ram.
