We are trying to send out reasonable HTTP headers. There's litte to do
if proxies are caching stuff the shouldn't.

Currently we default to no headers at all, which means that the proxy
will use a heuristic. If you enable the current "cache header"
implementation of TPYO3 you'll ge at least for some scenarios useful
headers. But there is room for improvement.
