[Typo3-UG NRW] Installatiosnprobleme

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem nach der Installation auf einem gemanageten 
Server beim Einloggen in das Backend :

ERROR: File not written to disk! Write permission error in filesystem?

Meine Fragen hierzu :

- Was muß ich umkonfigurieren, damit ich mich ins Backend einloggen kann.

- Was muß ich berücksichtigen, wenn ich Typo 3 auf einem Server mit PHP 
im SafeMode betreiben möchte.
 
- Da der Server vom Hosting-Provider gemanaged wird, muß ich den 
SafeMode akzeptieren.
  Ist es überhaupt sinnvoll Typo 3 auf einem solchen Server zu installieren

Aktuell handelt es sich um eine Test-/Demoinstallation. Aber kurzfristig 
müßte ich ein Produktivsystem aufsetzen.
Ich bin dankbar, für alle weiterführenden Infos.
