[Typo3-marketing] Dutch Gov references

Hi all,

Just came back from China and still under a heavy jetlag but I wanted to 
  give you the news that in Holland six medium sized cities have choosen 
TYPO3 as their new CMS. It will replace the old licenced one from Dutch 
ICT mollog Cap Gemini. Since they stopped the support for this CMS while 
it is being used by lots of other cities, we expect more to join. They 
will start their own TYPO3 foundation and will pay for the development 
of a complete Gov distribution and are expected to sponsor some of the 
running projects on .org. All together it is going to be the largest 
open source gov. project in the Netherlands and will give TYPO3 lots of 
exposure national and international.
