typo3.org and typo3.com are down since 11.03
They work only "sometimes" and only "some pages".
Mainly I see only

Not Found
The requested URL /documentation/articles/ was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.27 Server at monk1.netfielders.de Port 80


I think it can be no marketing at all, of www.typo3.com is down.
May be it is good to make  some message about maintainance?
