Sorry for being late...

As soon as we could split up edu.typo3 from .org, we'd have speed. To enable 
the proxy will also do the job, but I am not getting any timetables from 
Kasper at the moment, it all depends on 3.8.0 which should include those 
headers needed for proxies. Both things would do the job.
We've currently set up 2 proxyies which needs to be activated for .org, one 
over here, and one in the states...

The new webserver which was right before going online (then turned out there 
was some unstable component...)... Webserver is currently NOT the 
bottleneck, which changed for some reason a week ago. Anyway, we'll 
investigate it for some more days to decide if we should go for another 
webserver, or establish the mysql-cluster first...
That's the server typo3server sponsored (thanks a lot), we might be able to 
sponsor another one next month, if we need to enable both, mysql cluster AND 
another webserver...
