No problem with that. This is how we get the 33° water temperature ;-)

I know, but there is a national demand as well.
So we need something like a set of basic rules everbody has to follow but
for each national market there will be different rules in addition.
i.e. you can't follow the same marketing concept in US that might be working
in Germany.

Well - I personally prefer a bit of actionism to tenacious officialism.
And as far as I understood the long term planning has already been done.
So now we have to put things into action.

Two possible options:
1. Everybody coming to the meeting could pay a small fee. Don't have the
prices yet, but for the Queens hotel in Karlsruhe it would be about 50 EU
per day. You could regard it as kind of sponsoring.
2. The association could pay the location if there will be something like
gross profit from the TYCON3.
> What is the legitimation of such an event?
You are not seriously asking this question?
You can't do everything just by using some mailing lists.
Two days of intensive examination and discussion will be much more
effective.
And we can expect that only people who are really interested will come,
since you won't invest two days just for fun.
> Which Output will be produced?
As far as I understood:
Basic marketing rules for the product TYPO3.
Definition of target groups and possible solutions how to "tackle" them ...
> Who will be able to use the output.
Everybody who is into marketing TYPO3 related products and services.
> And so on.
>
> I am quite confused about all those actions...
Don't know where the problem is.
Daniel asked for a meeting and I offered to organize a location.
What's so confusing about that?
