I think two days like the first meeting in munich back in 2002 makes sense.
Maybe it would be good for everyone to arrive on Friday evening so we can use the whole Saturday.
Ahh, btw... This is planned over the weekend or during the week?
I am happily proposing stuff that goes with the weekend without really knowing WHEN the show takes place ;-)
