Hi Daniel, hi list.

I have been asking the Swissotel Düsseldorf/Neuss to send me some pricing
informations about a smaller conference room for up to 30 people.
They are offering some meeting-specials including catering for the whole day
and technical stuff like beamer, WLAN and others.
Since the official guy has not been there today they promised he will
contact me on Monday.

Is there something like a budget or a maximum acceptable price I should know
about?
Is there a rough estimate, when the meeting should happen?
Advantage: People can get there by train or plane and they can book some
rooms in the same place when necessary.
And another advantage is the famous "längste Theke der Welt" when you want
to have some fun in the evening ;-)

Let me know if this is what you have been thinking of.

Have a nice weekend

Joey
