Hi,
Just two short remarks/questions.

To make it as plain as possible: there are no budgets for anything but
development. Some expenses (transaction cost, legal, travel) are also taken
into account, but they are not budgeted in the first year.
The annual financial statement will give a meaningful overview over the
records.
