If he is stupid enough to sign a contract like this. Other than that you
can assume, that he might thankfully not charge you a pence in which
you do not have to pay the 25? EUR.
And than you have to decide if you want to take it to cort. Again. IMHO
leave him happy in his niche. The market will do the rest for his clients 
and us.
