First of all: I agree with you that this is a marketing list and I don't think you are "unpolite" to remind us of that. 
But on the other side I think that there's no need to take everything that deadly serious. 
Sometimes it might be fun to simply laugh about the so called "garbage" and IMHO fun is something that's missing especially in TYPO3 marketing. 
And BTW: At least we got someone who contributes his work for typo3.org or .com or some other sites (even though he might not be realising that at the moment)

  Another approach could be, that we seperate between an international marketing list and a nationwide.
  Otherwise, please stop using the list as a garbage-tray.
