In my email earlier today.
As this is no contradiction to your mail from 11.01.2005, I did not object
to it.
Actually, having three different templates was what we discussed from the
very beginning, which is also written on the WIKI:
http://association.typo3.org/wiki/index.php/TYPO3.com
The only difference was, that i speculated about a second (or third)
template being a TemplaVoila-example, because that would alter the backend
quite a bit. Anyway, we don't have it and it doesn't look like we will until
launch.
The only mistake we had so far, is about what a CSS clean-up is.
Everything else seems to be agreed upon and it really isn't that difficult,
is it?
So let's move on with the contents.
