Hi Jean-Marie,
Sorry, but I think you overestimate the effect of the tool.
The newsgroup format vs. Mailing list is really only about different clients
and storage, it has no business impact whatsoever.
_IF_ there is some long term group with high output and integrated decision
making, then there would be a reason for division.
My suggestion: let's wait and look at this option again in June, well after
the initial wave of interest after the snowboard tour.
