Hi,
I do like the idea but when it's held in March I'll be in China.
Maybe we could also talk about somehow more structuring the roles in
marketing to the personalities we all are. Lots of management books
suggest that a powerfull organisation needs;
- creative chaotic people: they have lots of ideas for products and strategy
- organizers: people who are very good in organising ideas into structure
- do-ers: people how are perfect in fullfilling the tasks they are given.
I know I belong in the first group and also recognise lots of you people
in one of the three types. To be effective we all maybe should stick to
a certain role that is given to us..
Ciao, Sander
