[Typo3-marketing] accessible demo-site

Hi,

  I just asked Juergen Egeling about the demo-site and he told me that
  an accessible example site should be included there. As I
  created some accessible TYPO3 sites, I would like to help setting up
  an accessible edu or com example within testsite.

  I thought about:

  - CSSSC
  - mailform+
  - acvanced tables
  - cleanup TS-templates and plenty of menu examples with lots of
    documentation
  - TemplaVoila! FCEs
  - maybe the new CSS imgtext with <dl>
  - rtehtmlarea

  Please tell me how I can help.
