[Typo3-marketing] RFI: Recommendations for Typo3 PR-work ?

Hi fellows,

I would like to get Your recommendations when I try to support Typo3 
here in Finland. Finland is of course a small country and maybe not so 
civilized as European countries like Germany, France and Spain or we 
don't have any experts here, but knowing English language has been for 
our benefits in some cases and that was the agreement before this 
current "revolution".

My questions:

1. As I have noticed now that Typo3 is turning totally German language 
based in all sectors, I have to do something that Finns would still use 
it. Examples of that gov.typo3.com and edu.typo3.com.
What would be the wisest method to make also such sites in Enlish and 
Finnish ? (I'm not good in German so translating them is out of my focus).

2. I have translated that press release also in Finnish, but if I 
understand right You don't need it ? or do You ?
