That is why I started the discussion with the a-team, but noone is 
interested. We have A LOT of ideas what could be done.

Sure, but that could always be decided after knowing the whole picture.
I am going to write a longer mail about some details and ideas at the 
weekend... We'll see if folks is interested;)
