I am curious. I hope Christoph Lindemann will take the opportunity to goive feedback and show us what he plans to contribute.

Hi guys,

I discussed the topic PR Tycon with Jürgen and with Maik the fundamental PR topics.

The following suggestion came out.

We provide a own press area (beginning in two languages English - German), in which the following elements are to be contained:

1 monthly newsletter in German and English (written of Maik and me about the current changes and messages) in form of a whitepaper, send as newsletter and save them in the press archive as pdf

PR whitepapers of intressed and topic informations will send to all registered journalists if necessary, it will published first in English and German (written of all as it destined feel). In the next weeks maik and i will write the basic white papers about typo3, what's it, where to get more information about and so on. I think the most informations are available, so all we have to do is to restructure the text in whitepaper form.

All texts will be authorized before they will be published by Daniel.

PR-text area, in which all old PR texts and all whitepapers can be called up as pdf, structured by topics like basics, extensions, edu, gov, tycon,...

PR-download area with Logos, pictures (the who is who, Kaspar, Robert, Daniel,...) and diagrams approximately around the topic TYPO3

PR-Dokuarea, in which all PR feedbacks are put down

Contact form to ask for special informations, textes or interviews

The entrance to the press area is made by a user registration, with which we seize and update the contact contacts of the journalists at the same time.

The impact for the registration Mails will be made by our existing press distribution list (approx. 680 journalists and PR office in D, A and CH) in form of a info whiote paper.

For the remaining European countries I endeavor to get itself straight mailing lists corresponding with colleagues.

Question: If, where will the pr area are published? (on typo3.com?)

Christoph
