that is correct.

We have fixed that all in kitz. So that all will be okay as soon the new 
version is online. I agree that the status you are seeing and writing 
about is not ok to go online, but for now, as long as i know, there is 
no link from typo3.com to the site and it's very hard to find it  by 
google. And Tomorrow, the new version will be online anyway.
