Here is the protocol of the 2nd marketing session. It completes Sabinas 
protocol from the 1st session.
Jan Hendrik, can you please publish it on T3BOARD.com together with

1) status and schedule for TYPO3.com gov.TYPO3.com, edu.TYPO3.com sites

- Daniel Hinderink's PPT presentation with status reports, changes and 
agenda and gantcharts for the new or updated TYPO3.com gov.TYPO3.com, 
edu.TYPO3.com sites will be published on the T3BOARD.com page. See there 
soon for more information.
- The German version of the edu. site is nearly finished. Claudio 
Cathomen will inform on the marketing mailing list, when reviewing 
should start.
After the edu. site will have been reviewed, Jean Marie Schweizer will 
translate the site to English.
- Jan Wischnat will inform on the marketing mailing list about the 
status of gov.TYPO3.com. We hope, Jan will get well soon.


2) local marketing

- Sander Vogels encourages the agencies to work together in producing 
localized marketing materials and to share experiences. --> see protocol 
Monday session 05.01.2004 sec. 5a


3) event marketing
************************
- Coordinated participations on international events and trade fairs can 
be organized through the marketing mailing list. Participation should be 
announced on TYPO3.com an it would be nice to have some texts and 
pictures about how TYPO3 was presented on the trade fairs. Available 
presentations should be announced on the mailing list so they can be 
published by the responsible person.

- Juergen Egeling is organizing the TYPO3 conferenz in Karlsruhe (sep 05).
Track ideas will be discussed on the tycon3 mailing list


4) real estates and construction

- Daniela Möllmann and Sabina Loicht will start up a discussion on the 
mailing list, how the real estates and the construction market can be 
covered better with TYPO3 marketing actions.


5) eu edu project
************************
- Sander Vogles informs about a EU edu project. There is lots of money 
ready to spend for good edu projects in the EU.
- The goal is now to create an open source ELO for TYPO3. As soon there 
is a good specification available for the project, Sanders will publish 
this together with some official documents on the mailing list,


6) training & certification
************************
- Since there are existing some bad trainings around TYPO3, a 
certification for TYPO3 training agencies is wished. The communication 
committee will take care about certification.


7) TYPO3 song
************************
- Sander Vogels (lyrics) and Mathias Schreiber (music) are producing a 
TYPO3 song and will try to distribute it somehow. Any assets should be 
used to help the tsunami- victims.
