thanx, Daniel!

yes, I think so.
is it correct, that any person, who voluteers on helping at typo3.com goes
directly toi you as the project leader?

>2. Re: edu: Claudio Cathomen has volunteered as a new maintainer

yes, thank you to Claudio! We will finish the details until End of January
together.
Claudio will the form his team - one of the team-members will be Kurt
Dirnbauer, offering an helping hand on the topics moodle and claroline!

I do have all the texts from Sander, as well as about 5 reference cases in
English.
It's fixed with Jean-Marie, that I will integrate them as hidden pages in
the existing edu.typo3.com
As soon as CC and I are finished, we will hand over the translation-ball to
JMS.

I would suggest on TYPO3.com either in a Press Section or under Support
Downloads.

>6. who will implement the improvements to the logo?

JMS has already offered to coordinate and I remenmber, that we decided to
have a list of the facts, why the logo is

>7. why should the case studies be made into special documents?

we (in the Austrian User Group - approx. 230 subscribed members) will
handle it that way.
Templates are offered and this is helping to write theses cases for a lot
of people. Many of them are not used to write stuff like that.
Our offer has been - use it or leave it. And my imression was, that som
agencies liked the idea.

Hope so.
The folder should be something between 1-2 pages - highlightening the
important facts and benefits for customers in general.
The Austrian TUGA will provide a TYPO3-FACT sheet (with the tech-facts from
the .com-Site) and a TYPO3-general folder.
The logo of the agency who wants to use them, will be insertable on it. It
should be ready to download latest in Feb. 2005.
If RW wants to provide this anyway - RW: go ahead! (maybe you are faster
then us ;-))

>9. where should the mascot be used? com or .org or both?

this has to be answered by the persons bringing this topic up. From my
point of view it was an .org thing.

I think Sanders paper can give some suggestions or ideas here - see below:

>organised nationally?

YES!!! - this is the main goal ;-))

>12. when will this paper be available?

Sander, when can we PLEASE expect that 2-A4-pages paper in Feb?

I realized within the last year, how the PR-workflow works/unworks within
the group.
Therefore I have decided to start with writing a press paper about the
results of the boarding-tour.
It's ready in german by 13:00 today, then it will be reviewd by a
technician of the Association.
Within 10-12 hours afterwards it should be translated into english, french,
spanish, danish and dutch by native speakers.
As soon as this is ready (wednesday hopefully the latest) the typeheads
will receive this press-information.
To all of you: this is my offer - either take it or leave it ... or offer
something better.

My input on that will come until end of week ... still thinking.
