[Typo3-marketing] TYPO3.com refresh references

I do not know if a reference that cannot be approved somehow should
count. For sure it could be implementet in the testing purpose but if
a site is not clearly to be identified as a TYPO3 site, it should not
be on any official TYPO3 sites. (Did anybody check who is responsible
if "Joe cool" states, that www.famous-company-with-lawyers.com is
named as an official TYPO3 reference on TYPO3.org, and in fact it
is not?
