Been away for the holidays so I apologize for the lateness of the reply.

You are definitely right about this. We need to look at the bigger picture.
One of the problems with the current process is that references are in the
reference list, but they are also listed under individual consultancies on
t3.com without the same quality control. I also agree that the certification
process and the like would be the best fix for this.
