[Typo3-marketing] TYPO3.com schedule and workflow

Hi folks,

Yesterday was the first Marketing meeting at T3BOARD05. I could not be
there, so some information deficit regarding TYPO3.com has become apparent.

The following questions have been noted in the protocol.
