Yeah, just fill up the database with deleted=1 things, ....

Anyone here that has a *really* good garbage collection for
TYPO3, deleting *all* unneeded stuff like the "deleted=1",
unused files, unused EXT, etc. pp. in one site?
Anyone with such a script for me, ...
