The below is IMHO a
ShouldRead in case you have not done yet; ( just stumbled across it, and 
have not seen any mentioning on this list yet  ... );

YUP, it's EC/NL centric, though IMHO the questions and answers apply 
globally (though I do have my doubts about the small sample of answers);
