[Typo3-marketing] New Typo3.com Site Design

Hello List,

during the last days i have played around with the typo3.com design for the
upcoming gov.typo3.com...
Have a look at http://gov.typo3.com
It's basically the look of typo3.com but tableless, cross-browser and
validating (see the links at the bottom of the page :-)

I still need to implement a tablebased version for IE4 and NS4.7 - will do
that next week...
