Good work! 

I like this Version http://ruv.net/fileadmin/t3mockups/2.jpg.
But I am not convinced about the dropdown menu.
Maybe something like this can do the job?

Furthermore i do no see the language selector on the page. :-(

Will there be a another content layout? I.e two colomns ?
