[Typo3-marketing] New Typo3.com Site Design

Hi Reuven & Tenacious D,

IMHO TYPO3 site should remain as is (never change a..), only made 
standards/xhtml compliant and much better contentwise. In other words; I 
agree completely with miss Heizer..
