As I wrote back and forth with Kasper already, we ended up with what we are
going to do:

- Demo with no login registration, but default login
- 2 different demo sites (specific content for specific purposes)
- registration for "advanced" demo: you get your own pagetree for that user
for a fixed amount of time. so you can build up your page structure. We are
currently working on the registration stuff so that a default pagetree is
copied etc...

Wrong, it has been working for a while (since sune changed DNS), and it has
been offline today through some heavy traffic going on (about 2 hours). It's
basically the server, which has been a problem (hosted by fs-edv), but I
today got the information and access to the server. Now it's running on our
platform, which should be changed as soon as the demo.typo3.com server is
fixed.
