[Typo3-marketing] DBAL: Call for sponsors

Aloha crzy bunch,

I'm really glad that issues like xhtml-compliancy and database abstraction
that where taken too lightly at first, are treated as serious as they should
be by now.
We will sponsor at least 1000 euro's for this.
