[Typo3-marketing] DBAL: Call for sponsors

hi daniel/folks
that's a pity. a lot of people are waiting for a long time for the 3.6.
if the development of the DBAL is done within the estimated time (which 
it will never be!!) 3.6 will be available end of spring :-(

we discussed the DBAL-stuff in the dev-list a few days ago. if I 
remember right, andreas otto stated that in 3.6 the DBAL should not be 
integrated... some people stated that DBAL is not that urgent anymore 
since MySQL is more and more accepted even by big companies.
why this turnaround now? why is it suddenly that important?

I do not need DBAL at all but our customers want to have 3.6. and if I 
believe in the core-developers that right now is the time to implement 
DBAL, the developers should do that work right now!
therefore snowflake will sponsor 300 EUR.

so folks, we have 448 consultancies listed - it shouldn't be a problem 
to get the money together.
the earlier we get the money together the sooner we will have 3.6.!!!!!!!
