It would be nice, if someone would mention this on the startpage of
typo3.org. Without that notice it might have the wrong feeling, that
people should stumble into 3.6.0 because it is release early and
should be testet, not knowing that there might be an endless delay.
It just smells a little bit.

We do not have any of such bigh things running until now, but wanted to
use the template Voila. Hmm, seems to be impossible.
